CCGram+ Random Live Chat ("the Service") is an ad-supported, free app for random one-on-one video calls and text chats. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Profile information you provide: display name, gender, profile photo (optional), and bio and other optional profile fields (age, school, occupation).
In-app messages: text messages you send and receive in chats are stored so that your conversation history works.
Match history: a record of your video matches and chats.
Device and app identifiers: an anonymous account identifier, device identifiers, push notification tokens, and the advertising ID.
Usage and diagnostics data: app interactions, crash logs, and log data such as IP address, device model, and OS version, collected through Google Firebase.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or payment card details. In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play; we only receive confirmation that a purchase completed.

2. Video and audio calls

Video and audio in calls are transmitted in real time between participants and are not recorded, stored, or reviewed by us.

3. How we use information

To operate the Service: matching you with other users, delivering messages and calls, showing your profile to people you match with.
To send push notifications (for example, incoming call or chat requests).
To understand usage and improve the app (analytics).
To show advertising that funds the free Service.
To keep the community safe: handling reports, enforcing our Terms of Service and Child Safety Standards.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with the service providers that make the app work:

Google AdMob — receives device identifiers and the advertising ID to serve ads. See how Google uses data in AdMob.

Other users can see your profile information (name, photo, bio) when you match or chat with them. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users.

5. Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app via Profile → Delete Account, which removes your profile, messages, and match history from our servers. You can also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS; calls use DTLS-SRTP). No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

7. Age requirement

The Service is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has provided us personal information, we delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the Service, please contact us.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
