1. The game

Blockproof is a single-player block puzzle. It is licensed to you for personal use on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, or redistribute a modified copy.

2. The purchase

The only purchase is the removal of adverts: one payment, no subscription, restorable on every device signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account.

It removes adverts and nothing else. It does not change the game, the board, or the pieces you are dealt — the piece generator has no field for whether you have paid, so it could not read it even by mistake. Anyone claiming otherwise is mistaken, and the Fairness Promise inside the game shows you the seed so you can check.

Payment, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, not by us.

3. Adverts

The free version shows adverts between games. Their frequency is capped deliberately: at most twice per session, never during play, never on your first game of an install, and never on the daily puzzle's first completion each day.

4. Your saves

Your progress is kept on your device, and — if you use iCloud or Play Games — in your own Apple or Google account. We keep no copy and cannot restore one for you. If both your device data and your cloud copy are gone, the progress is gone.

5. What is not promised

The game is provided as it is. We do not promise it is free of defects, or that it will run on every device or every future version of iOS or Android. Where the law allows it, our liability is limited to what you paid for the app.

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

6. Changes

These terms may change; the date above changes with them. Continuing to use the game after a change means accepting it.
