Delete your account and data

Okey 101 never asks for your name, email or phone number, so there is no personal information to delete. What exists is a random identity and the score attached to it. Here is exactly what that is and how to remove it.

What is held

• A random device token generated by our server, and the anonymous player identity derived from it.
• Your nickname and avatar choice.
• Your chips, level, experience and game statistics.
• A one-way hash of your recovery code, if you asked for one.
• Your device's notification token, if you allowed notifications.

None of this identifies you outside the game.

Deleting everything on your device

Uninstall the game. That removes the save file, the settings and the device token. Once the token is gone, nothing links you to the server-side record any more — it is orphaned, and it is removed in routine cleanup.

Deleting the server-side record too

If you want the record erased immediately rather than left to expire, email destek@ccapps.net from any address with the subject "Delete my Okey 101 account", and include your player ID. You can see it in the game under Profile → Edit.

We delete the record within 30 days and reply to confirm. There is nothing to keep afterwards: no backup of it, no copy with a third party.

Deletion is final. Chips, level and statistics cannot be restored, and a recovery code for a deleted account no longer works.
