1. The game

Okey 101 is a free tile game for iOS and Android. You may play it for personal entertainment. You may not resell it, charge others for access to it, or take it apart and ship it as your own.

2. Chips are not money

Chips, levels and experience are scorekeeping inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for anything, and confer no rights. This is not gambling and there is nothing at stake but the game.

3. Playing with other people

Your nickname and avatar are shown to the three other players at your table. Do not use a nickname that is abusive, that impersonates someone, or that publishes anyone's personal information — including your own.

Play the game as a game. Do not use software to play for you, and do not arrange with another player to manipulate the outcome of a table. We may end a session or block an account for either.

4. Your account

An online account is a random identity tied to your device, and a recovery code you can use to move it. The recovery code is the only key to it. If you lose it and lose the device, the account cannot be recovered — not by you and not by us, because we hold nothing that could identify you as its owner. That is the trade for not asking who you are.

5. Availability

The online service is offered as it is. It may be interrupted for maintenance, and it may change or end. Single-player mode does not depend on it and keeps working.

6. Liability

The game is provided "as is", without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
