Child Safety Standards

These are the published standards of CCSoft+ (“Who Unfollowed Me – CCSoft+” on Google Play, com.ccsoft.aifollowerstracker) against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), as required by Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any conduct that sexualises, endangers or exploits a minor.

1. What the app is, and why that matters here

CCSoft+ is a personal analytics tool. A user signs in with their own Instagram account and the app reads that account's own follower, following and post data, on the device, to show who unfollowed them, who does not follow back, which followers are inactive, and how their posts performed.

This shapes our risk profile in a specific way:

• The app has no user-to-user messaging, no comments, no chat and no friend or match system.
• The app hosts no user-generated content. It does not accept uploads and operates no server that stores or serves user content — data stays on the user's own device.
• The app has no public profiles, feeds, discovery surfaces or recommendations through which one user could reach another.
• Images shown in the app are the user's own Instagram media and profile pictures, loaded from Instagram for that signed-in user alone.

There is therefore no surface within CCSoft+ on which CSAM can be uploaded, stored, distributed or discovered. We state this plainly rather than describing moderation systems that would not correspond to how the app works.

2. Age requirement

CCSoft+ is for adults. Users must be at least 18 years old, and the app is declared to Google Play with a target audience of 18 and over. It is not directed at children or teenagers, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor has used the app, we delete the associated diagnostic data on request.

3. In-app reporting

Any user can raise a child-safety concern from inside the app. Open the app, tap the gear icon at the top right of the home screen, and choose Report a concern. This opens a pre-addressed message to our safety contact.

Reports can also be sent directly to ccsoft.ai@gmail.com.

4. How we handle a report

• Reports are reviewed by a designated point of contact who is able to speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.
• We aim to make an initial assessment within 72 hours and to respond to the reporter within 30 days.
• Because we host no content, the material in a report almost always sits on Instagram. In that case we tell the reporter how to report it to Instagram, which has the ability to remove it, and we escalate to Instagram ourselves where the report gives us enough to do so.
• If a report concerns a user of our app, we terminate that user's access.

5. Reporting to authorities

If we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or of conduct that endangers a child, we report it to the relevant authority — the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, and to national law enforcement where local law requires it. We preserve the related records as the law requires and comply with lawful requests for them.

We do not knowingly retain, and never intentionally view, download or redistribute, suspected CSAM beyond what is strictly necessary to make such a report.

6. Prohibited conduct

Using CCSoft+ in connection with any of the following is prohibited and results in immediate termination of access:

• Creating, seeking, storing, transmitting or facilitating access to child sexual abuse material.
• Sexualising a minor, or using the app's data to identify, target, contact, groom or stalk a minor.
• Any activity that violates Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines with respect to minors.

These prohibitions are also stated in our Terms of Use.
