These terms apply to the CCSoft+ mobile app, published by CCSoft and listed as
“Who Unfollowed Me – CCSoft+” on Google Play
(package com.ccsoft.aifollowerstracker) and as CCSoft+ on the
Apple App Store. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not, uninstall
the app.
CCSoft+ is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of their affiliates. “Instagram” and “Meta” are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the app works with.
The app has no privileged access to Instagram. It reads data through your own signed-in session, exactly as your browser would. Instagram can change its website, its interfaces or its rules at any time, and such a change may break features of this app without notice. We do not control that, and we cannot promise the app will keep working if Instagram changes something fundamental.
You use your own Instagram account with this app, and you remain bound by Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines while doing so. It is your responsibility to comply with them.
Do not use the app to harass anyone, to scrape or resell other people's data, to send bulk unsolicited messages, or for anything unlawful.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. You may not use CCSoft+ in connection with child sexual abuse material, to sexualise a minor, or to identify, target, contact, groom or stalk a minor. Doing so ends your access immediately and is reported to the relevant authorities. You must be at least 18 years old to use CCSoft+, and old enough to hold an Instagram account in your country. The app is not directed at children or teenagers, and is distributed on Google Play to adults only.
Some features require a paid subscription. Purchases are made through the app store you installed from, and that store — not CCSoft — processes the payment and holds your billing details.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country. We may change prices for future periods; where a store requires it, you will be notified and asked to consent before a renewal at a higher price. Deleting your data or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in the store.
CCSoft+ is an analytics and insight tool. It reports what it can read from your account and suggests things you might do. It does not promise that you will gain followers, keep followers, reach any level of engagement, grow at any rate, or achieve any commercial outcome. Nothing in the app or its store listing is a guarantee of results.
Figures shown in the app depend on what Instagram returns at the moment of a refresh. Follower counts, engagement numbers and unfollower lists can lag behind Instagram, can be incomplete when a fetch is interrupted, and should be treated as an estimate rather than an audited record.
The app stores everything it reads in a local database on your phone. We do not hold a copy, so we cannot restore anything for you. Logging out or uninstalling deletes that data permanently. If you switch devices, the history starts fresh. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use CCSoft+ on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell, rent, or redistribute the app, or attempt to circumvent its subscription checks, except where the law expressly permits it.
All rights in the app, its interface and its content remain with CCSoft.
We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the app. We will try to give reasonable notice of a discontinuation through the store listing. These terms may be updated; the “last updated” date at the top will change, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate at any given moment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, followers or business opportunity, arising from your use of the app — including any action taken by Instagram against your account. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here removes or limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your use of the app is additionally subject to the terms of the store you installed it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). Where a store's rules conflict with these terms for a matter that store governs — billing, refunds, distribution — the store's rules prevail. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or for support of it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which CCSoft is established, without affecting any mandatory protection you enjoy under the law of your own country of residence. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us — most issues are settled by email.
